Downtown Dubai – get ready to start rocking a six-pack. UAE PT Dylan Eiffe and his team have launched the new Bare gym in Al Abraj Street.

This fun training facility uses a mixture of group fitness classes and meal plans to whip your body back into shape. “Top nutritionists and fitness trainers will tell you that body shaping is 70 per cent nutrition and 30 per cent training,” says Dylan. “We’re the first club to do tailored meal plans, nutritional support and no-nonsense training.” 

The stripped ‘bare’ gym is free of the traditional treadmills, bikes and rowers and features kettle bells, medicine balls and a state-of-the-art sound system instead.

But what’s sure to make this gym a big draw are the group fitness classes. To mix it up for the members, the gym offer a funky ‘Move of the Week’. One such move is the ‘Mad Monkeys’ – a sumo jump squat into a pull-up. Whether you achieve it first time or not, it doesn’t matter, you’re still going to have a lot of fun attempting it.
