Ill health played havoc with Laura’s workout plans for the week

“I didn’t get off to a great start this week. I spent two days laid up in bed sick and then my children fell ill. My high point was making it into the living room. Even if I could have made it to the gym I knew that this wouldn’t have been the best decision. I have worked out before when I was ill before and it’s just put me back, so I decided to focus on my nutrition instead. When I did eat, I tried to follow my healthy eating plan.
However, my motivation still got a boost this week when my coach Nadine from the GloryGirls (www.glorygirlsfitness.com) posted my story on to Facebook. Everyone was so encouraging that even though I felt sick, by the end of the week I was so motivated to continue.”
