The 15-Minute Workout

Dubai PT Hanan Wehbi (www.tamareen.tv) shows us how we can get the body we want in just 15 minutes. This high intensity interval training method (HIIT) will help you burn calories and tone muscle in a fraction of the time.
To make this method work for you, Hanan says that you need to plan your 15-minute workout before you hit the gym and you need to do this workout three to four times a week. “Spending 45 to 60 minutes in the gym per week is all you need to get fit and toned,” says Hanan.

THE PLAN
Hanan has created three different workouts for The Sweat Shop. You can either choose one and do it three times per week or you can mix it up and try a different workout during every gym session. Move from one exercise to the other without a break until you finish each round. Rest for two minutes between each round for Workout 1 and Workout 2.
