The A-list are going crazy for fresh pressed juice and thanks to companies such as Essentially in Dubai, we can now get our vitamin fix too.  A juicing session is a great way to ensure that you and your family enjoy a diet rich in a variety of nutrient-rich fruits and veggies. And if you’ve spent too many nights living off processed food, a fresh juice say the experts is the perfect antidote. Juice queens Wiebke Katsoudas (pictured right) and Sandra Drgala from Essentially have put together five recipes that you can enjoy at home.

 

To Prepare
Prep time for all juices: 5 minutes

2 carrots, 2 spears of pineapple and dash of lemon juice

 

ABC Juice
Kickstart your day with this miracle juice combo.
2 apples
, 1 beet
root and 2 carrots

 

Quick And Easy Green
A great way to get that vitamin fix.
3 celery stalks, 2 handfuls of spinach, 2 apples, 1 pear and a dash of lemon juice

 

Green Juice For Newbies
Balk at the thought of green juice? You won’t do once you’ve tried this sweet and tangy treat.
7 peeled kiwis, 6 celery stalks and 1 pear.

 

Beet Power
Forget coconut water, nitrate-packed beetroot juice is nature’s own sports drink.
2 Granny Smith apples, 1 pear, 3 small or 1 large beetroot and 1cm piece of ginger
