When food blogger and photographer Farwin Simaak wanted to lose weight, get into shape and eat a little cleaner, there was only one way she knew how to log her journey…  

IMG_0915 50(9am) Breakfast ~ 2 Weetabix with organic unsweetened soy milk, flaxseed, 1/2 banana, coconut flakes and 2 prunes.

 

IMG_0916 50(11.30am ) Snack ~ 1 organic rice cake with home-made peanut butter, figs and green tea.

 

IMG_0917 50(2.30pm) Lunch ~ Boiled broccoli, chicken, olives, organic cucumber with my spinach yogurt drink. Stuffed!

(4pm) Gym time ~ I Just finished a workout with 20 minute HIIT. Feels good to be running again!

 

IMG_0918 50(4pm) Snack ~ Home-made fig choco balls with soy milk coffee.

 

IMG_0920 50( 8pm) Dinner ~ 1 protein bread with chicken curry, pumpkin mash and salad.
